Jet.com seems to have reversed course on their business model.  They will no longer be charging an annual.  In addition, you can save $10 off your first order with coupon code TENBUCKSNOW if you spend $35 or more.

I have not personally used Jet.com but I plan on signing up now just in case they go back to an annual fee model.
