Discover Deals Now Excluding Gift Card Redemptions and Purchases - The Party May Be Over

Discover Deals has now added a new exclusion to Sears purchases.  Now both gift card purchases and redemptions are excluded.

Since October 1st, only gift card redemptions have been excluded and the reports were positive that the portal was tracking redemptions anyways, but now there quite a few reports that gift card redemptions are no longer tracking.

I think it's safe to say that this is now risky business.

It was profitable while it lasted, but this party may be over :(

Many of you will be interested in buying these gift cards online with a Chase Ink car for 5x Ultimate Rewards points.  I won't comment on whether it is a good deal or not, but it is certainly better than the $200 denominations which were available until now.  Lower fees as a percentage of the gift cards and larger denominations are always better.



Considering there is no shopping portal which pays out for buying Visa Gift Cards at Staples, the "Keep Oren from Getting a Normal Job Fund" would definitely appreciate it if you were to use my link to buy them  ;)

Well, that was fast.

Jet.com is selling the iPad MD511LL/A for $275 with a limit of 2.  This is the iPad 4th Generation with 32GB in black.  Taxes will probably get you up to about $300.

It currently sells for about $420 on Amazon and is ranked 536 in computers and 176 in tablets.  Fees are around $25 at the price of $420.  If you can sell at $420, you will earn over $90 or 30% profit margin.
