You only get one tie per purchase and there is a limit of one shirt and tie per household.  If you use a different credit card and send it to someone else you know, you can make multiple orders (worked for me) even though the new credit card has the same billing address.  You can also get your friends or relatives to order for you if they don't want one.

Update: many people are reporting that they will automatically delete any additional orders without telling you
