Free Timberland Shoes and Boots - Oren Strikes Again!

Timberland Shoes and Boots - Great Customer Service

I now exclusively "buy" Timberland shoes for my school shoes and here's why:

I bought a pair of waterproof Timberland shoes about 4 years ago.  About 2 and a 1/2  years later, I noticed that my socks were getting wet because the soles had worn out so I called up the company.  They told me to send in my shoes.  I was a little skeptical at first because I had to pay for shipping on the way there and I assumed it was just wear and tear.  About a month later, I got a call from Timberland that they agreed with me and that there was a "manufacturers defect" so they replaced my shoes for free!

They didn't have the pair of shoes that I originally bought so they allowed me to upgrade to this pair.

About 1 and 1/2 years later, the same thing happened with my new shoes.  I called up the company, sent in my shoes and I just got my new pair for free again last week!

When I came home to the package, my wife told me "Oren Strikes Again!"

I now have paid $80 and another $30 or so for shipping (one way both times) for 3 pairs of shoes.  I can't wait for this pair to break in a few years so I can get another pair :)

Timberland also has a shoelace replacement program.  If your shoelaces break and you need new ones, you just call up and tell them the style of the shoe and they mail you replacement laces for free!
