VIP status comes with free overnight shipping, extended returns, websites and phone numbers that are available only to VIP members.

The only thing that is annoying is you need to start your shopping at www.vip.zappos.com/
If you like shopping at Zappos, great and keep doing it, but you won't get any extra cashback.
If you shop at shoes.com, you will get back 13% of your order from TopCashback and 8.5% from Ebates.

They have the same feature of free return shipping so you can order if you aren't sure and then just return what you don't love.
