Staples gift cards can be used to buy Visa Gift Cards online ($7 fee so you will "only" get 8% off). In addition, if you go through Shop Discover (requires a Discover Credit Card) you will get an additional 5% off the purchase of the Visa Gift Card for a total of 13% off the Visa Gift Card.
I recommend buying Visa Gift Cards with Staples Gift Cards in $300 purchases or less at a time. Otherwise, they will likely call you to cancel the order.
