CardCash is selling eBay gift cards for 4% off with $100 denominations. You will still get your normal credit cards rewards.
$100 denominations are nice since eBay limits the number of gift cards you can use in one transaction (sometimes 5, 7, 8 and I've even heard 9).
Keep in mind that you can use a maximum of $5,000 of eBay Gift Cards per rolling 180 days. Check out Noah at Money Metagame to check out how to calculate how much you have use.
