• No cash back when promotion/coupon code is used
• Not eligible for cash back on purchases over $10,000 on Consumer Gift Cards and over $100,000 on Business Gift Cards per 14 days

• Not eligible for sign up bonus payout

They aren't paying out sign up bonuses if you use American Express Gift Cards.  Hmm, I guess you might not get that $5 after all.  My guess is that they didn't like paying out that extra .1% for AMEX gift cards, but who knows.
