I've already seen the offer on a number (not all) of my american express cards.
Doctor of Credit reports that some have a $10 off $10 deal as well.

If you have the offer on multiple cards, don't connect it to one of the cards right away. Open up americanexpress.com in separate tabs and get the offer open on all of your cards, then click on the offer for all the cards. If you don't do this, the offer will disappear from your other cards one you click on it once.

Offer valid only for iTunes, App Store, and iBooks Store purchases made through iTunes. iTunes gift cards purchased in Apple stores, on Apple.com, or through a 3rd party are excluded. Not valid for purchases of any other Apple products in-store or online at Apple.com. Must add offer to Card and use same Card for one or more transactions in order to redeem. Enrolled Card must be set as iTunes payment method in order to receive statement credit. If you receive a replacement Card during the offer and use that Card to enroll, you must update your Card on file with iTunes prior to your purchase to receive the statement credit. If items are ordered during the offer period but are not provided until after 8/31/15, those items may not count toward determining whether your purchase qualifies for the offer. Enrollment is limited. Offer is non-transferable. Limit 1 statement credit per American Express online account. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days of 8/31/15, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
