Target.com is running a same on eGift cards. You can buy eBay Gift Cards for 10% off and iTunes Gift Cards for 15% off.
I don't know how fast they are delivered. Update: takes about 10 minutes to be sent.
There is a limit of 3 per transaction, but reports are that you can make multiple transactions.
Use your target RedCard to pay and you will save an additional 5%. As long as you have a RedCard connected to your account, you will still get the 5% discount even if you pay with Target gift cards. You may need to pay some amount on the actual RedCard.
