Raise.com sells gift cards to retailers at a discount. They run almost weekly weekend sales where you can get an extra 5% off on top of the regular prices on select gift cards. The sale ends after the weekend.

The most interesting one to me is eBay. They are on sale for 0.5% off so you will save 5.5%. The normal price is about 3.3% off when you buy from Raise.
